A Millionaire Mindset!

Having a Millionaire Mindset!

In any point of one’s life, we dream and want to be a millionaire. Some will achieve it, yet many will never ever be. Why is it so? It’s all about having a Millionaire Mindset - having a SUCCESS and FINANCIAL BLUEPRINT.

I was at a T.Harv Eker’s 1st Milionaire Mindset Intensive bootcamp in Asia. It was phenomenal!
Here’s some points I’d like to share…

1) Your success and financial blueprint

Everyone has their own success and financial blueprint. It has been deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind and it surely determines our financial destiny. All these comes from our past programming. Things we learned in childhood and as we grew up. The 3 primary ways in which we learnt are
* Verbal Conditioning - what we heard
* Modeling - what we saw
* Specific Incidents – what we experienced

We can unlearn all these and change these settings for a new blueprint.

2) Change Your Settings

Do you know what is your financial blueprint? Are you set for success, mediocrity or failure; ease or struggle; consistent earnings or an “up and down” income? Look at your achievements (or lack of) thus far. Know that these settings can be changed. Just like the temperature in a room. If the temperature is 80 degrees Farenheit or 27 degrees Celcius, chances are the thermostat is set for the temperature. If you are not earning enough, keeping enough, or enjoying your money enough, then your blueprint is set for “not enough”. And unless you change it,  your current financial blueprint will stay with you for the rest of your life.

3) Are you attracting or repelling success ?

Be aware that the universe is dynamic. Everything is in a constant state of motion and change. At every moment, depending on how you think, speak, and act in the world, you are either attracting success or repelling it. Any exercises learnt to condition the mind will definitely benefit from a mind that has been trained through the use of a series of OptiMindzation CDs.

More learning points shall prevail… have a great week ahead!

To Your Success,
Dan

Develop A Positive Mental Attitude Thru Brain Entrainment

Did you like my last video on Optimindzation CD?
The development of a positive mental attitude can be a truly daunting task for many people, the best way to begin is with a plan. All truly great endeavors each began with a plan. If the plan is a good one to start, it can later be improved upon and made to be even better. The beginning, however, will require a good plan and a devotion to success.

Once the plan has been set into order, it is best to give it a real practical edge. How exactly will you carry out your plan each day? How will you keep an eye on your progress and give yourself a regular assessment about your attitude? Here are some tips to get you started and to make your plan for a positive attitude more successful.

Meditation: First, decide on just two or three things that you could do better to make your attitude a more positive mental attitude each day. Some people consider daily meditation to be a great way of improving their mental attitude throughout the day.  For me I listen to the OptiMindzation CD every morning to tweak my brain. It is easy to assess your progress with meditation because you simply mark it is a daily routine that you sit still for 20 or 30 minutes.

Over time, as you see the days being marked off consistently, you will also begin to see an improvement in your ability to sit still and to achieve a calmer mind. Then, after you have proven yourself to be truly dedicated to the task, you can increase the time to 30 or 40 minutes each day. This is one way to build up a more positive mental attitude in your life.

Exercise: Another tip for creating a more positive mental attitude is to practice exercising several times a week. It can be morning brisk walking, swimming, or gym workout depending on what you are comfortable with.  Exercise can improve your health and your general attitude. It can also give you more confidence and make you more attractive to other people.

This can do wonders for your self esteem and eventually lead to a better ttitude. This is also very easy to assess each day in terms of progress and practical improvements because you can set goals for yourself and mark them off on the calendar as you achieve them. Don’t set your goals too high because you may not reach them and you may get discouraged too early. Set easy goals at first and pat yourself on the back when you achieve them. Save the improvements for after you have first proven yourself to be serious about following a plan.

Improving your mental attitude is really not that hard at any given time. The hard part comes when you first begin to feel that your plan is no longer interesting and you lose your excitement for improving.

Review Your Goals Periodically. This is why it is good to increase your goal after a while and continue to mark the calendar even when you fail to live up to your goals. At least you are watching your progress and that is a lot more than you were doing before you started this new plan! Simple observation of yourself results in a positive improvement because you are applying the most powerful tool you have to your life. That’s your own mind!

Improving your mind starts with using your mind and the improvements will naturally follow from there. It just takes a little common effort and some perseverance and you will find that your attitude will change at dramatic levels once the basic foundations of the plan have been set into order.

You can also improve your attitude and eventually make yourself into a person who is full of happiness and energised throughout the day. If you believe you can do it, then it will come true!

I have been listening to the OptiMindzation CDs, it has helped me a great deal in improving my mind.  Want to share your own experience or opinion?  Let me have your comments. then Click here for a free report

Self Improvement For Success - Acceleration In Your Unconscious Mind Level

Accelerate into your unconscious level to create an energy for a more Successful Life.

It’s true that thoughts become things, thought is energy.  Your thoughts are responsible for the way you live your life. As much as they can support you in building a great business, happiness and wonderful relationships they can also sabotage and move you into frustration, unhappiness and despair. In fact 95% of people who set out to change their lives to be more successful actually give up, they procrastinate, they self-sabotage and go back exactly to where they have been always in life!

Ask yourself now “are you self-sabotaging?” or “do you really deserve success?” Most of us will say “Yes, I do deserve success”, but think about that for a moment, do you really believe it? Everyone wants success, in fact everyone deserves success but few know how to handle it. People tend to get comfortable being the person they are, they know what to expect from their behaviour and actions and are afraid of the change, the unknown. So why, is that happening?   It’s because your unconscious mind says so, the unconscious thought prompts the outcomes in your life!

Research has shown that most people are only able to keep about 10% of information, thoughts and emotions in their awareness and consciousness at one time, the other 90% is stored in the unconscious mind. It also has shown that the conscious mind is responsible for conscious thoughts and feelings in immediate life experiences and the unconscious is responsible and behind behaviour structures and belief systems. Now if your unconscious mind is responsible for your behaviour but is programmed in a different way then your conscious thinks then conflict occurs, negative outcomes are to be accepted. This is more reason to access that part of the mind and program it in such a way that you take the right steps to reach success.

Now the important part is how you bring the unconscious in alignment with the conscious in the most profound and best way. We know now that we experience the unconscious through pictures and images or metaphors.

In fact we encounter them in all aspects of life; in dreams, art, religion, science and the symbolic dramas we enact in our relationships and life pursuits. Consciously we use metaphors all the time. They shape our language as our thought, for example, we express love in terms of a journey as in “our marriage isn’t going anywhere”, or in time in terms of money as in “a waste of time”. We hear these phrases and access the emotions and images to that phrase. Thus the metaphor is not only a matter of words, but a matter of thought and energy. It communicates emotions and behavioural concepts and ideas.

Research shows that metaphor is what unlocks the potential of the human mind and assists people in the process of personal transformation, healing and growth.  Essential to the encounter with the unconscious, and the alignment of the conscious is knowing this metaphorical language. In a therapeutic context these metaphors are used as a tool for transformation facilitating new patterns of thought, feelings and behaviour.

Think about this for a moment, a good story that sticks in your mind. Unlike an affirmation, if a story “fits”, it produces immediate and long lasting change, first time around. Just look at children’s stories and their immense magic and power and the influence they can have on your children’s behaviour and emotional outcome in their life.

Experience those benefits using metaphorical stories:

  • provide a gateway between the conscious and the unconscious
  • facilitate new patterns of thoughts, behaviour and feelings
  • open up possibilities and strategies
  • carry multiple levels of information
  • stimulate lateral thinking and creativity
  • reframe or redefine a problem or situation
  • allow you to form a choice or find his own direction
  • bypass normal resistance, defences
  • allow you to process directly at an unconscious level
  • pass suggestions to the unconscious mind.

So imagine now, that you experience a metaphor story that you remember and that actually changes your own behaviour from the moment you’ve heard it for the first time.

Accessing the unconscious through visualization and specific metaphors is that amazing tool to conquer your self sabotage and overcome your fear of the unknown.

You tap into the power of the unconscious using it’s language and you change your life forever – What better place to draw energy, power from then yourself setting you free to achieve whatever you want in life!

I have learned this from Inanna Lawton, would you like to tap into the power of the unconscious and how to use these metaphor story to help change your life…

Do share your own moments thoughts on the unconscious mind… would love to hear your comments.

Reaching Your Goals In Your Goal-Setting?

As the saying goes “time and tide wait for no man”. How time flies! With just 67 days to go & we will be singing Auld Lang Syne to 2007 and ring in for Year 2008.

Ask yourself these questions…
1) What have I achieved thus far?
2) Did they match up to the goals I have set for 2007?
3) If yes, how will I celebrating those achievements?
4) If no, is it a goal I still want to work towards for the remaining time for the year?
5) What’s the outcome if my goals are not achieved?
6) Who am I accountable to for those goals?
7) Did I make a difference in what I wanted to achieve?

These are indeed thought provoking questions. Congratulations if you are on track! On the flipside, don’t ‘beat’ yourself too hard if you realise you are off-course. Just steer yourself back, revisit those goals, make little changes or break them up into baby steps which will eventually lead you to achieving your goals.

Let’s recap (refer to last post) and use the acronym SMTCSSA as a Memory Jogger…
1) S - Specific
2) M - Measurable
3) T - Timeline
4) C - Controllable
5) S - Strategy
6) S - Steps
7) A - Accountability

Your last dash awaits! Everyone’s a winner! Go for it!

I’ll be revisiting mine too ;-)

Any thoughts and comments? Love to hear from you…

Self-Improvement With Seven Strategic Steps to Reaching Your Vision Goals

In sequel to the previous Goal Settting Steps For Building Roadmaps to Your Goals.  Successfully executing any personal strategic plan for change requires that as you develop your plan, you effectively incorporate these seven steps for attaining each and every goal.

Let us use the acronym SMTCSSA as a Memory Jogger.

1. SPECIFIC - Express your goal in terms of specific events or behaviors.

For a dream to become a goal, it has to be specifically defined in terms of operations, meaning what will be done. When a goal is broken down into steps, it can be managed and pursued much more directly. When you set out to identify a goal, define what you want in clear and specific terms. Write out small goals in order to achieve your main goals.

2. MEASURABLE - Express your goal in terms that can be measured.

How else will you be able to determine your level of progress, or even know when you have successfully arrived where you wanted to be? For instance, how much money do you aspire to make?

3. TIMELINE - Assign a timeline to your goal.

Once you have determined precisely what it is you want, you must decide on a timeframe for having it, for example, one, three or six months.
The deadline you’ve created fosters a sense of urgency or purpose, which in turn will serve as an important motivator, and prevent inertia or procrastination.

4. CONTROLLABLE - Choose a goal you can control.

Unlike dreams, which allow you to fantasize about events over which you have no control, goals have to do with aspects of your existence that you control and can therefore manipulate. In identifying your goal, strive for what you can create, not for what you can’t.

5. STRATEGY - Plan and program a strategy that will get you to your goal.

Pursuing a goal seriously requires that you realistically assess the obstacles and resources involved, and that you create a strategy for navigating that reality. Willpower is unreliable, fickle fuel because it is based on your emotions. Your environment, your schedule and your accountability must be programmed in such a way that all three support you — long after an emotional high is gone.

Life is full of temptations and opportunities to fail. Those temptations and opportunities compete with your more constructive and task-oriented behavior. Without programming, you will find it much harder to stay the course.

6. STEPS - Define your goal in terms of steps.

Major life changes don’t just happen; they happen one step at a time. Steady progress, through well-chosen, realistic, interval steps, produces results in the end. Know what those steps are before you set out.

7. ACCOUNTABILITY - Create accountability for your progress toward your goal.

Without accountability, people are apt to con themselves. If you know precisely what you want, when you want it — and there are real consequences for not doing the assigned work — you are much more likely to continue in your pursuit of your goal.

Find someone in your circle of family or friends to whom you can be accountable, to make periodic checks on your progress.

Once you have achieved each of your small goals, celebrate! In celebrating and rewarding yourself, as motivation will be a contributing factor and Accelerating Attraction to you in achieving your ultimate goal.

Inspired to be Creative through Self-Improvement

Did you like the Video on An Inspriation! Identify & Sieze Opportunities?  What an amazing kid or creative entrepreneur!

I will be doing some Self Improvement Series and I was looking for pointers to be creative like “The Amazing Kid”.  As I was surfing through the web for some information, this article caught my attention on Being Creative in the internet marketing and I would like to share it with you if you have not seen it.

Looking to Be Creative? by Raymond Brookside

One of the most important aspects of an effective marketing campaign is creativity. When you’re out of marketing ideas and need a new solution, don’t despair. Many marketers struggle with the concept of creativity - but then again, many don’t. These individuals have developed techniques for improving their creative process.

Through many years of experience and significant portions of trial and error, I have discovered a number of techniques that help to jump start the creative process. Here are a few suggestions for getting you started:

  1. Begin by searching the Internet. If you have an idea or concept or don’t know where to start, spend some time surfing the Internet. Looking for book titles? Visit Amazon.com or other book related sites and do a little research. Seeing similar products in your category is a great catalyst for creative ideas.
  2. Start drawing. Putting pen, marker, or crayon to paper or white board is a great way to get your thoughts going. Many creative thinkers use whiteboards excessively starting with a word in the middle of the board. Circle it and created branches that contain related ideas and circle them. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can fill your whiteboard with new concepts and ideas.
  3. Involve others. Anyone can have a great idea. From a marketing perspective, many new product names and even marketing concepts have come from everyday people with no formal marketing experience. Need a new product name? Ask those you work with, family, or friends. Even if you don’t get the name you were looking for the experience can provide new ideas and concepts.
  4. Go to your “idea” file. Keep an idea file. Each time you find an ad, web page, or email that really moves you, throw it in your idea file. Over time you’ll probably fill more than one file and use it regularly to generate new ideas or identify concepts you wish to replicate. The idea file is an old concept but one that’s highly effective.
  5. Flip through books. Printed resources including books and magazines can be a great resource for ideas. Keep in mind that some of the best resources may be those that are outside of your industry or area of expertise.
  6. Pick up the remote. Television commercials are created by some of the most intelligent and creative people in the marketing industry. Use commercials as idea generators. The best way to use commercials to generate ideas is to consider the imagery, the key messaging, and the feelings they create. Can you apply any of these elements to your product or service?
  7. Go for a walk. If you’re still struggling to generate that “big” idea, then go for a walk, clear your head, and refresh. Sometime taking a break is the best thing you can do for your mind. It’s said that Thomas Edison, one of the world’s greatest inventors took cat naps to clear his mind and improve his thinking. Give it a try!

Creative thinking is both fun and challenging. When your stuck and need something motivating, experiment, try something new, look for references that can start the ideas flowing again. Every struggles for new ideas so be prepared - know who you can talk to in order to get the ideas flowing again and have a plan. This results in more ideas and more creativity.
